Michel and his wife/real estate partner Jacolyn were amazing to work with, especially as first-time home buyers. They were so helpful and insightful in answering all of our questions, big and small. My husband and I are especially grateful to how honest and safe of a space they created for us to communicate freely about our concerns without feeling any pressure. In a decision as big as purchasing a home, it's important to feel completely comfortable with who you're working with, and Michel and Jacolyn were those agents for us. Neither my husband or I are from LA originally, so we were starting at square one when we decided to look at homes. We had originally met Michel and Jacolyn while touring a rental unit that they were showing for a client, and they stood out to us because of how personable they were. Naturally, they were the first people that came to mind when we decided to stop renting and purchase property.They always made us feel like we were top priority, were never pushy with us, and never added unhelpful stress. My wife and I started our quest for a new Home in Santa Monica, but had no idea where to turn for help. After a Google search for Realty specialist in the area, the Bron Realty Group populated on my screen. I made an appointment with Michel Bron to meet the following week. Upon meeting Michel, I quickly realized that he was the Santa Monica property specialist as he explained the area to my wife and me. He was also on time and very professional. Michel and Jacolyn Bron made selling our house not only an easy process, but even a pleasurable one! It started long before the house was on the market - Michel encouraged us to get a pre-inspection to understand how the house would be seen by the buyer. Once we got the results, he talked us through the massive report to help us figure out which issues were worth fixing and which ones we could leave as is. Michel connected us with the right professionals to get everything prepared for putting the house on the market - he is clearly well respected within a number of the home trades and it shows in the quality of the people he was able to connect us with. The Bron's helped us negotiate high-quality staging, and even went above and beyond by bringing in some of their own pieces to supplement what the staging company was providing. Guidance without pressure was provided at every step, and the pricing and marketing strategies Michel and Jacolyn implemented were truly expert level. Once we had a buyer under contract (and within a day of listing the house!) Michel and Jacolyn guided us through negotiations and contingencies and fought hard for our interests every step of the way. Thanks to all the "behind the scenes" work by these two we closed incredibly quickly and well above asking, and the hardest part for us was simply finding the right way to say goodbye to a house filled with so many precious memories. No doubt working with these two amazing people will be included in our precious memories for years to come!

He saved me time and money by being proactive with pre-sale preparations (full-scale inspection, de-cluttering, interior painting, etc), and by knowing how to deal with multiple offers after the Open House.
